Gyan, jnana mudra and its benefits for our brain

Gyan mudra and Jane mudra is the most commonly mudra for yoga meditation .it means knowledge or wishdom.

Step to do

Sit down on yoga mat as comfort position and close eye .touch tips in the index finger to tip of the thumb and keep remaining fingers straight. Plam fingers keep should be upside. If plam facing downwards then it called janamudra. It can be done both hand

Meditation time duration

You can do 15 minutes in one time. Its meditation in 3 times in a day and do anywhere .it practiced in early morning and evening

Its benefits

Reduce stress and depression lavel. Control emotionally instability. Sleepiness will control and improve consontred power

Beneficial for brain stress insomnia
